Strawberry-Mint Mojito Mocktail Recipe

Knee-high boots and mini skirts. Burpees and shavasana. Stawberries and mint. Some things just need to go together. Enjoy this delicious mocktail at the end of the day with someone you want to vent about work with, or treat yourself to this mojito at lunch. After all, there’s no alcohol!

Recipe: Strawberry-Mint Mojito Mocktail

Makes two servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lime, (half juiced and other sliced)
  • 6 strawberries, hulled, stems removed, and sliced (leave 2 strawberries whole for garnish)
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves (leave 2 sprigs for garnish)
  • Strawberry flavour (Try 1 stick Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Strawberry.)

Instructions

  1. In a large cocktail shaker, squeeze the juice from the lime. Add the sliced strawberries, grated ginger, blueberries and mint leaves. Leave
  2. Muddle the mixture until it resembles a purée.
  3. In a separate glass or small pitcher, mix stawberry flavour with water as directed on packaging (1 stick of Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Strawberry with 500ml (2 cups) of water). Stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the strawberry flavour mixture into the cocktail shaker with the muddled ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Fill two cocktail glasses with ice and evenly divide the mocktail between the glasses.
  6. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint, a strawberry and a lime slice.
