Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is finally coming to Toronto, and Swifties from everywhere are preparing to experience the singer’s every iconic Era, from Fearless to Midnights. To make the most of this unforgettable concert experience, as the owner of Kardia Athletica, I’ve added Swift-themed classes to our fitness class schedule.
You can get concert-ready through movement, stretching and strength. With themed classes running from November 14 to17 and November 21 to 24, sign up to celebrate Swift’s music while staying active and energized. I just marked Kardia’s 11th anniversary with a celebration featuring Eras Tour-inspired decor. Plus, my studio is just a few blocks south of Rogers Centre.
I want to cater the classes to all Swift fans, Whether they’re local or traveling to Toronto for the show. As a concert-workout destination traveller myself (like when I hit a couple of spin classes in NYC to get hyped for Mariah Carey’s show), I know you’re travelling light – more room for friendship bracelets, right? So, for those visiting Toronto, I’ll be providing yoga mats, cycling shoes and towels at no cost—just bring your love for Taylor and “bend when you can, snap when you have to.”

Why exercise before and after a concert?
Swift isn’t the only one prepping to perform all night. Since the Eras Tour promises an epic night of music and dancing, and getting your body active before– and giving it some TLC after – can help you enjoy every moment even more:
- Elevate your energy: A spin or HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class before the concert can naturally boost your energy, so you’ll be ready to sing, dance, and fully immerse yourself in every song.
- Get in the mood: Moving releases endorphins, which can leave you feeling amazing and in a good mood—perfect for concert day.
- Don’t crash: After an evening of dancing and singing along to Swift’s hits, wind down with a yoga or meditation class. A gentle recovery will help your body relax, stretch, and let you reflect on the incredible memories from the show.
That’s why I created these classes at Kardia. No one wants that feeling to end. And the classes let me (ahem, my members and students) do that.

The Taylor Swift-themed classes of your “Wildest Dreams”
The Eras-themed classes I created are designed to inspire fans (even new ones) through her music.
1. “Fearless Ride” – indoor cycling
With motivating hits like “You Belong with Me” and “Love Story,” this ride will take you through climbs and intervals to build that energy and get you ready for the show’s excitement.
2. “Midnights Flow” – vinyasa yoga
Relax and reset with “Midnights Flow,” a breath-driven yoga class, inspired by the Midnights album. From “Anti-Hero” to “Lavender Haze,” this calming session will help you to unwind. I’ve scheduled it before and the concert times.
3. “Reputation Revival” – HIIT
I’m inspired by the Reputation era for this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Set to tracks like “Look What You Made Me Do” and “…Ready for It?” It’s a fast-paced, empowering workout.

Ready for it?
Working out should be fun, at least it is for me. And I want to share that with Swift fans. So, join me and work – and sing – your heart out.
