Sweat Love T.O. / Free / The Attic at Lululemon Queen

Led by Rolli from Resilience Fitness, this is HIIT training with a focus on mental endurance. In the Toronto Waterfront 10k, there may be unforeseen complications, such as cramps, aches and pains, or general fatigue.
