As the 2019 spring race season quickly approaches, come learn about specific nutrition recommendations for runners of all levels and distances with Dr. Bri, naturopathic doctor at The Runner’s Academy.
Learn about what to eat before, during and after a run to ensure proper fuelling and recovery. Bri will also discuss the special nutrient needs of vegan, vegetarian and ketogenic runners.
